Us Consulate In Hyderabad To Resume Work Normally From Nov
The U.S. Embassy in London and the U.S. Consulate in Belfast are currently open for emergency nonimmigrant visa services only. They have not resumed normal visa services, including tourist visa services. Immigrant visa appointments are available but limited. Check here for updates.

The US Embassy has announced that it will resume regular face-to-face visa appointments for tourists starting in September. “The US Mission in India is pleased to announce that in September 2022 we are resuming regular in-person tourist visa applications. Previously scheduled placeholders have now been cancelled,” the tweet reads.
The U.S. Embassy said applicants whose appointments were canceled can now re-enter the scheduling system to make regular appointments.
It adds that appointments are open until 2023. The US Embassy has also shared a link through which applicants can check their website for enrollment slots.
Meanwhile, USCIS, or USCIS, has announced additional processing for some applicants awaiting processing of Form I-140 Immigrant Petition for Foreign Workers under the EB-1 and EB-2 classifications.

EB-1, EB-2 is a priority employment-based visa for “a non-citizen of extraordinary ability, is an outstanding professor or researcher, or is a specified manager or executive of a multinational company. Each occupational category has specific requirements that must be met,” according to the USCIS website.
This extension of premium processing applies only to certain previously filed Form I-140 petitions under the E13 classification of Multinational Executives and Managers or the E21 classification of occupations with an advanced degree or exceptional ability who wish to waive National Interest Claims (NIW).
Petitioners who want to request a processing upgrade must file Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, according to the notice.
Beginning June 1, 2022, USCIS will accept Form I-907 requests for multinational executive and E13 executive petitions received on or before January 1, 2021.
