How To Write A Great Resume That Stands Out In 2022
The first impression should be inviting, attractive and professional. This decision is usually made in just a few seconds, before the reader actually engages with the words on the page. The overall layout and format of the resume should invite the reader into the text. If the resume fails this first test, chances are the decision maker won’t go any further.
