NAME AND CONTACT INFO: Your name is at the top, in the middle (in capital letters), followed by your UNION STATUS, EMAIL, TELEPHONE (if you don’t have an agent), and WEBSITE (if you have one, and you should). After this, you can have STATS (height, weight, eyes, hair color), but it is not necessary. If you do, put in a small 9 point font all the way to the left.

CATEGORIES: List the categories in the following order. If you do not have credits in one of the categories, leave your resume blank.

THEATER. List the show, the role you play, then the theater location. If you have many New York theaters, create a new resume category that says NEW YORK THEATER, and put the rest in the REGIONAL THEATER category.
