Do you remember the achievements? By simply adding metrics, we can give the recruiter a complete idea of the scope of the job. The difference between your endless job search and your dream job could be as simple as plugging in some numbers.

The more details, the more competitive the bullet point becomes. Metrics don’t always have to be revenue figures or growth rates. If you don’t remember, try to approximate. Something is better than nothing.
If we remember the three questions, “What” “Why” and “How” – in the example the “How” was missing. Including this will encourage you to include technical skills or transferable abilities. Adding skills is critical to ATS optimization.
With that in mind, I set about reshaping my resume in a way that allowed as much content as possible on one page (without going overboard). This is the exact formatting I used, but the content has been updated to reflect the current experience.
