For this reason, Frank chooses a more active, skill-based format, and then uses his knowledge bullets to emphasize those qualities. instead of parking his education and qualifications at the end of the resume (as many of us often do), he makes sure it’s listed up front, as a selling point and not a re- consideration a certificate reinforces his competence and reliability, so he wants to make sure that is very clear to the resume reader.
