I read a lot of resumes, and one of the most common problems I see is that the dates don’t line up right. Don’t get me wrong; It’s not a big deal, but if you get the dates right it will make your resume look cleaner and more organized. And anytime you can make your resume look better, you should.

I recorded this in Microsoft Word for MAC. I’m sure it’s the same on PC, but if you’re working with pages for MAC, the process is different. If the document’s margins are too small, you may have problems printing. Content on the edges may be cut off. So, to avoid this, stay with the normal amount. Make sure you set the correct print size.
