How To Resume Subscription On Disney Plus – Disney+ launched this week much to the delight of Disney fans across the country, but not without a number of technical and time-consuming issues. Fortunately, most of the entry kits have been processed since Tuesday. However, as more users explore the Disney+ app interface, a number of other issues have surfaced, including the lack of an option to resume a show you last left off, leaving many users frustrated.
Thankfully, a recent update to the app fixed that issue, adding “Launch”, “Restart” and “Add Watchlist” options for users for each episode or series. Subscribers accessing the DisneyPlus website have reported that they haven’t seen the added features yet, so it may be rolled out by the end of the week.

A subscription to Disney+ only sells for $6.99 a month or $69.99 for a full year. You can try before you buy with a free 7-day trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged for the subscription. If you cancel after the trial is over, your subscription will continue until the next billing cycle, which means the end of the month if you chose the monthly plan, and the end of the year if you went for the annual option. In any case, you will still be charged an initial $6.99 for the current month or $69.99 for the entire year.
Additionally, a $12.99-a-month Disney package gives you access to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. You can start with this monthly option or switch to it after you’ve already signed up for Disney+ only. The same cancellation policy applies. If you cancel, your subscription will remain in effect until the end of your current month, and you will be charged a total of $12.99.

You can cancel your Disney+ or Disney subscription through the Disney+ website. Visit the Disney+ website (Opens in a new window) and sign in to your account. Click the icon for your profile and select the Account option.
On the Account page, click the link for Billing Details. If you go through the app, you will be automatically redirected to the website. You must then enter your account credentials to make changes.
From the Billing Details screen, select the Cancel Subscription link. The next page asks if you want to cancel the subscription. Click the Cancel Complete button to continue and you will see a confirmation screen.
Disney will also ask you to fill out a short survey asking why you decided to cancel your subscription. Check one or more reasons why you canceled your subscription, such as price, incompatible devices, technical issues, or something else. Some answers suggest other options for checking.

If you select Other, you will be prompted to enter a specific reason for canceling Disney+ service. When finished, click the Submit button.
You will also receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you change your mind, click the Restart Subscription button in the email to restart your subscription.
